UltraViewer’s most popular competitor in this market is TeamViewer. TeamViewer offers the same functions as UltraViewer, and is an equally great tool for remote support. However, the main caveat with TeamViewer is its price.

Despite what is written on their website, TeamViewer is not a free service – even if you are launching it for personal use only. As you may want to use it for a long time, TeamViewer may not be a free service.
